Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a creative individual to manage the development and execution of creative marketing strategies for O Beach Dubai. Working with a variety of different teams you will be responsible for spearheading multiple creative campaigns as well as managing daily marketing operations within the team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan working alongside all business departments.
- Take the lead in the organisation of competitor market research and identifying current market trends in order to develop key opportunities for growth.
- Ability to identify and reach out to the correct target market
- Developing partnerships with media outlets including newspapers, magazines, radio stations, television channels, and online publications to promote brand awareness via advertising and editorial.
- Creating and developing promotional campaigns working alongside the design team including advertising materials such as brochures, magazines, flyers, posters, digital marketing assets and billboards ensuring to deliver competitive ROI.
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Liasing with in-house graphic designers and external suppliers with all marketing assets
- Produce valuable and engaging content for online and printed publications and copywriting content created by the marketing team and beyond to attract and convert target groups.
- Liasing with the PR team to ensure all output is on brand and reaching the correct publications and demographics as well as managing any PR activations.
- Overseeing the digital marketing team and ensuring the publishing of highly creative and original, high-quality content on our digital channels to ensure the content is informative and appealing.
- Reporting on marketing campaign performance, suggesting adjustments and improvements on profitability.
- Responsibility in collating information, writing reports, collecting press clippings and analysing data.
- Stay up to date with new digital technologies and updates in current technologies
- Assessing and documenting the results of marketing campaigns including but not limited to press trips, press announcements, online marketing and in venue marketing.
- Managing and approving photography and videography briefs as well as assisting on photography shoots.
- Assisting in the management of guests to venues including press and influencers.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Personal Characteristics:
- Marketing experience within the Dubai market preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager
- Strong proven management skills
- Ability to use initiative in fast paced environment in live event and hospitality environments
- Reliable and good at hitting deadlines
- Excellent and proven administration skills.
