Job Summary:
Barbacks are an essential part of the service team within the Beach Club. The barbacks are required to work closely and assist the bar team. The barback must be knowledgeable and have a perfect understanding with regards to all our beverage products. You are required and not limited to maintaining a clean, well-stocked and inviting bar area. You are expected to be attentive and responsive and available throughout the day, your area perfectly attended ensuring cleanliness and working professionally and closely with the bar staff.
Qualifications:
- A few years of experience working as bar back in a luxury hotel/resort
- Excellent communication skills. Additional languages will be an advantage
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in the busy operations
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Driven, dynamic and energetic
